head to the tower to the north, renna’s rise (renna, not ranni). Climb the ladder inside to find the snow witch armor set inside a chest. Continue to the top, and. i am trying to progress through the ranni questline, but she doesn't appear in her tower. I thought she was supposed to be there when you first…. her elden ring questline can be started by talking to her again at the top of ranni's rise, while renna's rise remains sealed shut until a few things have happened. this is because blaidd is required to continue her quest line and he will not leave the radahn festival until starscourge radahn has been defeated. To begin ranni's quest proper, you have to find her at ranni's. renna will reveal herself to be ranni upon speaking to her in her tower. If you didn't proceed through rogier's quest before this, the conversation will skip to step.
